What's so special about Repeat-O-Type's ink?

All of our inks are stringently tested before they're introduced. This means you can be certain that by the time we offer a product for sale, we know it's going to work. This is significant in an industry where new printer models are introduced weekly and pressure is high to rush products to market. Repeat-O-Type inks are also printer-specific; that is, each ink is formulated specifically for the intended printers. Beware of so-called "universal" inks! Finally, Repeat-O-Type's inks are formulated to be compatible with the original manufacturer's ink. This means that you can use Repeat-O-Type's ink immediately without the need for purging and washing.

I've heard that using third party products will void my printer's warranty!

So have we!...But it's not true. While laws do vary by country, it's usually illegal for a manufacturer to void your warranty simply for using third party products. (See: Know your Rights.) A manufacturer can charge you for a repair made necessary by third party products, but that still doesn't void your warranty. In these cases, it's wise to be sure the third party product carries its own warranty and the the third party is reputable. Our inkjet products carry the strongest warranty in the industry, and our reputation goes back nearly seven decades.

What if I need help?

Repeat-O-Type maintains a toll-free 800 number for customer service and satisfaction. (US, Canada, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico). We don't mind hand-holding because we want you to become an expert. We also check our email often, even at night and on weekends. "The only stupid questions are the ones not asked!"

So which do I choose, refills or cartridges?

Refill Ink SystemsTM Repeat-O-Type manufactures high quality refill systems for Apple, Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard and Lexmark Inkjet printers. While it takes a few minutes more to refill your cartridge than it does to simply replace it, you can expect to save a minimum of 50% in your cost per page when compared to buying brand new O.E.M. cartridges. Every package contains a complete system that includes not only ink, but also accessories, measurements, and explicit instructions. We have designed the Repeat-O-Type Refill Ink SystemsTM to be the easiest, neatest and most consistently reliable to use.

Compatible Cartridges Repeat-O-Type now offers replacement cartridges guaranteed to be 100% compatible with the original equipment manufacturer's cartridges. Since the costs to make compatible cartridges are significantly higher than refill products, so are the prices, but they're still significantly lower than original brand cartridges. The major benefit is the convenience of having a direct replacement.

Compatible cartridges are the newest addition to our evolving inkjet product line. Developing 100% compatible cartridges sometimes presents engineering and production challenges which can take longer to overcome than the challenges we face with our Refill Ink Systems^TM. In addition, many of the original equipment manufacturers' cartridges are protected by patents which preclude us from offering a cartridge that is compatible.
