Printhead Cleaning Kit for Apple Color StyleWriter/Pro
Our experience has shown that the printheads used in these printers are prone to clogging unless used frequently. Many users print in black only, leaving the cyan, magenta, and yellow print nozzles unused for extended periods. While under warranty, the printer manufacturer will usually replace a clogged printhead at no charge. Once the warranty has expired, however, the cost of replacement printhead is in excess of $200. Repeat-O-Type's Cleaning Kit, at $12.95, can usually bring a clogged printhead back to full performance.
The kit contains sufficient Prewash and Penetrating Solutions to clean four Apple Color StyleWriter series printheads clogged with dried ink. Also included are a tray and complete instructions. Note: This product will not repair printheads with damaged electrical circuitry.
